“Valor 2017” is a cohesive and integrated Tarragona’s 2017 mediterranean games project that is intended, first, to foster the spirit of belonging and participation, and secondly, to recognize the work of integrating participatory and carrying out social clubs, organizations or associations that promote popular initiatives in areas such as education, sport, culture, solidarity and entrepreneurship.
